2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizing, and colors. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography.

Silhouette operates as a dropship retailer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly from their warehouses.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Standard domestic US shipping takes 5–10 business days after processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. For full return instructions, see our Returns Policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Silhouette or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@silhouette.madethis.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
