Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns. No Drama.
If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- —Unworn: The item must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- —Unwashed: Items must not have been washed or dry-cleaned.
- —Original Tags: All original hang tags and labels must still be attached.
- —Original Condition: Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- 1Email team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your return.
- 2We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- 3Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and the exchange details. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- —Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- —Intimates, swimwear, and items where hygiene seals have been removed.
- —Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — replacement or full refund.
