Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Domestic US Shipping

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 5–10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — carrier delays due to weather, high-volume periods, or other factors are outside our control.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (extended transit times may apply).

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions are available periodically — check current promotions at checkout or on our homepage for the latest thresholds and offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system.

You can also view order status by logging into your account on our website.

Dropship Model

Silhouette is a dropship retailer. Your order is fulfilled directly by our supplier partners and shipped to you. This model allows us to offer a wide range of inclusive sizing without the overhead of traditional retail — but it means we depend on our suppliers to meet our quality and shipping standards.

In rare cases where an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors. Contact your carrier with your tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right.
