What sizes does Silhouette carry?

Silhouette carries sizes XS through 5XL+ across our full catalog. Size inclusivity isn't an add-on — it's the foundation of every piece we stock. If you're unsure between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Question 3

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing to the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, go a size up — it's easier to exchange for a smaller size than a larger one.

Are all styles available in all sizes?

We do our best to ensure every style is available across the full size range (XS–5XL+). In rare cases, specific colorways or styles may have limited size availability — this will be clearly noted on the product page.

What if my size is out of stock?

Out-of-stock sizes may be restocked depending on supplier availability. You can email us at team@silhouette.madethis.app with the item name and your size, and we'll notify you if it becomes available again.

How do I check my order status?

Accepted Answer

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account at silhouette.madethis.app to view order history and status. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at team@silhouette.madethis.app.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement — before they enter the fulfillment process. Email team@silhouette.madethis.app immediately with your order number. After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, it's possible the email address entered at checkout had a typo. Email us at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your name and order details and we'll look it up for you.

Do you offer gift packaging or gift notes?

We don't currently offer gift packaging, but you can include a gift note request in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate. Check back — gift options are on our roadmap.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, standard domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we run free shipping promotions periodically. Check the banner on our homepage or the checkout page for current free shipping thresholds and offers.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Silhouette ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time — but we're working on it. Stay tuned.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

First, check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and at any secure package locations. If the package still can't be found, wait 24 hours — tracking updates can sometimes be early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I start a return?

Email team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes — email us at team@silhouette.madethis.app with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size isn't available, we'll issue a refund instead.
